I woke up at 6am this morning determined to kick myself into action, both academically and in terms of personal health and well-being. Usually these things never work, but this time I have support from my wonderful housemates.
I went to the gym at 7AM (4.5km/400kcal) and was in the library by 9 where I’ve managed to write 500 words of my research assignment, so the flow of productivity is going well.
I made pledges to myself such as “do more work, be more active, hit the gym every day” etc. but I’m also setting myself weekly goals.
Saturday seems like a weird day to start all this, I know, but it’s as good a day as any. So this week, starting Saturday 12th May, I will:
I’ll be chopping and changing the italicised bullet points, as well as adding more stuff when I think of it. Hopefully I’ll be a healthier and more productive human being by the end of six weeks.
